We don't ship to Cuba, Iran and North Korea. We ship internationally to all other countries!

Our products are made to order. We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. We always try our best to get you your order in a timely fashion.

USA - 3-8 business days

CANADA - 5-10 business days without tracking

INTERNATIONAL - 10-20 business days without tracking

Orders over $150 NZD have FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. For orders under $150 NZD shipping is calculated when you add your products to the cart and select your country.

Your order was shipped but it can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in a carrier's tracking system.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused, but custom fees are beyond our control.Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges should any occur.

We might be able to change your address information, as long as your item is not shipped yet. If you realize you provided wrong address, please contact us ASAP at hello@urtheicon.com.
