Return Policy


Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

If you need to return, exchange or refund your order, please read the following instructions carefully:

You received a damaged/faulty item.
Although quality is one of our top priorities, it can happen that we send you a damaged item. In this case we ask you to submit any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items within 4 weeks after the product has been received. The only thing we need you to do is send us an email (hello@urtheicon.com) stating your order number and please include a photo of the damaged item. If we can see on the photo it is damaged, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge ASAP.

You received the wrong item.
Please send your order number and a photo of the incorrect item you received to hello@urtheicon.com and we will contact you ASAP. Make sure you send us en email within 4 weeks after the product has been received.

Packages lost in transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to your address. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.

If you don't submit your claims within 4 weeks after the product has been received, we won't be able to offer you refunds or exchanges.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without the approval of our team.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept refunds or exchanges in these situations:

Change of mind
If you have simply changed your mind we do not provide refunds. Our products are made to order and therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Wrong size
As we mentioned, our products are printed on demand and we can't offer refunds or exchanges for wrong size. Please check our size charts before your purchase.

Items on Sale
Unfortunately, we can't offer any refunds or exchanges for items on sale, unless you received damaged/faulty item.

The item(s) have been worn or washed.
The item(s) have been altered in any way.
The item(s) do not have the original tags on them.

Refunds
If we approve the refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
